How To Unroot And Flash Stock Firmware On Samsung Galaxy S5 All Variants

If you have completely messed up with the Samsung Galaxy S5 after rooting the device then it is better to unroot the device by flashing stock firmware and then root again.While I was playing with custom roms I created lot of backups and too many data folders which resulted in the lack of  internal storage on my device .So I thought of Unrooting the device  and .now I will teach you how to unroot and flash stock rom on Samsung galaxy S5 SM-G900H or SM-G900F. This method should work with all other variants too.

Unroot Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900H Or SM-G900F:

Prerequisites:

1.Backup all your  apps and data.This process completely wipes your device storage.
2.Samsung Kies installed
3.You must have latest Odin.
4.Winzip or 7Zip extractor
5.Little patience as this process may take 15 to 20 minutes .

Firmware Downloads:

First your device model number.Open settings app and go to about device.You see your device model number.Download the Firmware based on your device model number.
Firmware for SM-G900F (lollipop )
Firmware for Sm-G9006V(Lollipop )
Firmware For SM-G9006W(Lollipop )
For other models you can visit sammobile to download your device firmware.

Flash using Odin:

1.Download the firmware and extract it.You will end up with Md5 file which is suppose to be 2 gigs in size.Don't extract md5 file.
2.Power off the device and wait for few seconds.Now press volume down and home button at same time turn on the device.
3.Device enters download mode section.
4.Click volume up to continue and now the device is in download mode.
5.Open the Odin file which you have downloaded.
6.Connect the device to your computer through usb cable .Once connected you will notice a blue color tab in odin and a message "added".If don't notice any blue tab .Un install samsung kies and install it again.
7.Don't tick on repartition option .Leave them as they are.
8.Click on pda and navigate to the file where you have extracted the firmware(Md5 file)
9.Click on start and wait till the flashing process is competed
10.It takes about 5 minutes and will notice a message "pass" and the device reboots
11.Once the device reboots you can disconnect the cable from the device.
12.Once the device boots complete the initial setup and check for the device software version.

By following the above procedure you will successfully Unroot Samsung Galaxy S5. If you have soft bricked your device and forgot to do a backup you can either sideload or following the above method will bring back to completely stock and you can start over again.
